SECTION 6 — CUSTOM ORDERS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Custom or made-to-order items may require extended production timelines due to handcrafted processes, material preparation, or design confirmation.

Extended Lead Time: Custom orders generally require a longer production period than standard products. Estimated timelines will be communicated case-by-case.
Non-returnable: Custom products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except in cases of confirmed defects or damage upon arrival.
Design Ownership:
- If JART TEAM creates the design, all related artwork, product concepts, and digital/handmade design materials remain the intellectual property of JART TEAM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If the customer provides their own design, the customer retains ownership of that design and grants us a license to produce the physical product.
We reserve the right to refuse production of any custom design that infringes third-party intellectual property or violates legal/ethical standards.

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If an order is changed or canceled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

You agree to provide current and accurate purchase information and to promptly update account details so transactions can be completed successfully.

SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may offer access to third-party tools without monitoring or control.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or materials. Any issues arising from third-party transactions should be directed to the third party.

Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, transit timelines are no longer within our control.

Many of our products are handcrafted using metalworking techniques such as carving, casting, or forging.
Due to the nature of handmade production:

Slight variations in texture, finish, patina, or color may occur
Minor surface differences are considered normal characteristics, not defects
Each piece is unique and may not be an exact replica of displayed images

These characteristics should not be considered quality issues or grounds for return.
