Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handmade metal art and home décor pieces. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Standard Products

For non-customized, ready-made products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product has a verified quality issue.

1.2 Customized / Made-to-Order Products

Customized pieces are created specifically based on your design preferences, size requirements, or personalized specifications.
Therefore, customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

We accept returns only if:

  • The product arrives damaged;

  • Or there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

No returns will be accepted for:

  • Customer-approved design errors

  • Size/color changes requested after production begins

  • Personal preference changes after order confirmation


2. Quality Issues

If you believe the item has a defect or arrived damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the problem and the packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will offer:

    • A replacement (for both standard and custom products), or

    • A full/partial refund depending on the situation.

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate solution based on the extent of the issue.


3. Copyright & Design Ownership

For customized products, design ownership is defined as follows:

3.1 Designs Provided by the Customer

If the customer provides the artwork, sketch, or concept:

  • Copyright remains with the customer.

  • We will not claim ownership of customer-originated designs.

  • Customer guarantees the design does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

3.2 Designs Created by Our Studio

If our team develops the design:

  • Copyright belongs to our studio unless a separate licensing agreement is signed.

  • Customers may use the design for personal use but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute it.


4. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
    Please note that international bank or card processors may require additional time.


5. Return Shipping

  • For standard returns (non-quality issues), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return or replacement shipping cost.

  • Please do not return products without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


6. Order Cancellation

Standard Products

May be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Customized Products

Cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.


7. International Orders

Our policy applies globally. For international shipments (primarily North America and Europe):

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or handcrafted details are considered normal characteristics of handmade products and are not valid reasons for return.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
