We welcome cooperation with furniture distributors, retailers, interior design studios, architects, project companies, brand designers, importers and independent sales partners with relevant market experience or client resources.

Each partnership will be evaluated based on market fit, business capability and long-term cooperation potential.

3. Can I become an exclusive agent in my country or region?

Exclusive representation is not granted automatically. It may be considered based on the partner’s market coverage, sales plan, local resources, expected purchase volume and cooperation performance.

In most cases, we recommend beginning with non-exclusive cooperation before discussing regional exclusivity.

4. Do you provide wholesale or partner pricing?

Yes. B2B pricing is determined according to the product, dimensions, quantity, customization requirements and cooperation model.

Larger quantities and long-term cooperation may qualify for more favorable pricing, subject to individual quotation.

5. Can products be customized for local clients?

Yes. Many of our products can be customized in size, color, surface finish, texture, form and selected functional details.

For custom projects, we will review the design concept, intended application, dimensions, budget, production requirements and delivery schedule before providing a proposal and quotation.

Approved partners may use selected product images, descriptions, specifications and marketing materials provided by JART TEAM for authorized promotion and sales.

All materials must be used accurately and in accordance with our brand guidelines. Images, designs and project materials may not be modified, transferred or used for unrelated products without permission.

7. Can you manufacture products under our brand?

Private-label, co-branded and custom product development cooperation may be discussed depending on the product, order quantity, design ownership and overall partnership model.

The use of JART TEAM designs, custom-developed designs and intellectual property will be confirmed separately before production.

8. What is the typical production lead time?

Production time depends on the product type, dimensions, quantity, surface finish and level of customization.

Existing product designs generally require less development time, while custom products may involve design confirmation, 3D modelling, prototyping, mould making and surface approval before production.

A more accurate schedule will be provided after the product specifications are confirmed.

9. What payment terms do you offer?

Payment terms are confirmed according to the order value, product type and cooperation model.

For most custom and production orders, a deposit is required before design development or production begins, with the remaining balance paid according to the agreed order schedule.

10. How are orders packed and shipped?

Shipping solutions are arranged according to the product dimensions, weight, quantity and destination.

Depending on the order, products may be shipped by international express, air freight or sea freight. Large or irregular products may require reinforced wooden crates or custom packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

Shipping costs and delivery arrangements are quoted separately unless otherwise agreed.
