Its compact silhouette is intentionally simple, allowing subtle curves, natural irregularities and a stone-inspired surface to become the focus. Rather than reproducing a natural rock literally, the piece interprets the calm presence of stone through contemporary form and handcrafted surface treatment.

Designed as both a functional side table and a small sculptural object, Pebble Echo brings an organic architectural quality to residential, hospitality and commercial interiors.

Material & Craftsmanship

A Stone-Like Surface Without the Limitations of Solid Stone

Pebble Echo is not carved from natural stone. It is made using JART TEAM's specially developed FRP-based composite material system, combining resin and glass fiber with selected mineral materials, sand and stone aggregates according to the required structure and surface effect.

The composite body provides the strength and stability required for furniture while avoiding the excessive weight of a comparable solid-stone piece.

Its final appearance is created through multiple handcrafted finishing processes. The surface is gradually built, textured, refined and colored to reproduce the subtle pores, tonal variations and naturally weathered character found in stone.

The result is a piece that retains the visual presence of stone while offering greater flexibility in shape, proportion and application.

Design Inspiration

Shaped by Time

The inspiration behind Pebble Echo comes from the quiet transformation of stone in nature.

A pebble does not acquire its form instantly. Water, friction and time gradually soften its edges, leaving behind a shape that feels simple but never perfectly geometric.

Pebble Echo translates this process into furniture.

Its gently expanding body, softened base and subtly irregular outline avoid the precision of industrial geometry. The form feels familiar and natural, while the porous surface introduces traces of erosion and weathering.

The design explores the contrast between two characteristics:

soft form and rough texture.

A smooth tabletop provides a practical surface, while the textured body preserves the visual character of naturally aged stone.

Rather than imitating one specific rock, Pebble Echo captures the broader feeling of something shaped slowly by nature.
